About
Study every U.S. drug launch. Become fluent in strategy.
Never miss a launch.
Around fifty novel drugs a year. Every one gets a full breakdown, and an email when it lands.
Strategy comes from seeing patterns.
Every case here is taken apart the same way, which is what lets you compare one launch against another.

Common questions.
Do I need an account?
Not to read. Every case and every module is open.
Signing up gets you an email when a new launch lands, and lets the app remember you across devices.
How often is a new case published?
The aim is one new launch each week. That is a goal rather than a promise, and some weeks carry more than one. What matters is the growing archive rather than a delivery schedule.
Where does the analysis come from?
Every case is built from publicly available sources, listed in full at the end of that case. Claims that trace to a source are tagged Source. Claims that are commercial judgment are tagged Analysis. You are never left guessing which one you are reading.
Launch IQ is built by Matt Stange, who has spent over a decade in commercial strategy roles across biotech and pharma. It is independent, has no affiliation with any company covered, and receives no compensation from them.
Can I share this with my team?
Yes, and please do. Send them the link.
Is this advice I can act on?
No. Nothing published here is investment, legal, medical or regulatory advice. It is commercial analysis of public information, meant to sharpen your own thinking rather than replace it. Do not rely on it for a commercial or clinical decision without independent verification.
Is there an app?
Not in the app stores. The site is built to work on a phone, and adding it to your home screen from your browser gives you the same experience without another login to manage.
Most people work on a handful of launches in a career. I have spent over a decade in commercial strategy roles across biotech and pharma, and I wanted a way to study all of them.
